Ouchi-gari ,Osoto-gari

Initially I wanted to show you some tricks on the ground, but still I'm too lazy bastard for it :<
does not change the fact that I'll show you cool tricks thanks to them you'll a fast turn over an opponent regardless of his height and weight;)

Ouchi-gari
  1) Pulling up the opponent's right hand firmly together to put forward to maintain balance in the front left leg.
2) In parallel, we turn to the left hip with his right hand pushing and pulling on the left.
3) undercut the opponent's leg moving toes along the ground to the right in the back (not the moves your legs up, but rather shove with the side of the thigh).
4) The opponent is falling, and we are on it (it absorbs the fall).
*** If you want to have after the fall of respite, when you're falling, you can easily adjust the leg so as to strike the opponent's knee in the genitals (not fair but effective).

Osoto-gari

1) We start in a natural position.
2) We step left leg to left front, while strongly pulling the left hand side with your elbow tightly pressed to the trunk. (The harder you pushes, the stronger the opponent lean and the easier is to throw him ;also you can grab the head with his elbow)
3) Turn left hip, touching his right calf on his right calf opponent. (STRAIGHT leg swing  is much more effective than bent)
D) All the time shove right hand and ends up falling on the opponent's back.
*** While the technique you have to look at our intimate contact with the torso of the opponent's torso.

  6. How well does that first move work when your opponent is wearing shoes that provide a little bit of friction?

  9. T.R.T it doesn't matter. because you tilt him back and change the center of gravity, so that it isn't located between his knees, but a little behind.
even if you do not lean too hard, it'll work becouse you can 'hang' on him and fall down it with a weight of your body ;)
